Agent Rules

Effective Date: June 1, 2019

1. No Fees:

Agents may not charge any fees to players on deposits or withdrawals.

2. Restricted Transactions:

Agents must not use player accounts for their own deposits or withdrawals — any such activity will be treated as an illicit increase of commission.

3. Fraud Suspicion:

If security detects potential fraud or commission manipulation, the company may:
  • Deduct improperly earned commissions
  • Freeze the agent’s cashier account, preventing withdrawals

4. Timely Processing:

Agents must complete every player deposit or withdrawal request within 5 hours of submission. Failure to comply will result in suspension of cashier operations and freezing of all funds pending investigation. If unable to process a request, the agent must neither accept payment nor confirm the request, and should immediately contact their manager.

5. Unreachable Agent:

If an agent becomes uncontactable, the company may suspend their cashier operations until further notice.

6. Honesty Required:

Agents must not mislead the company or its players in any way.

7. Neutral Dispute Resolution:

When players raise issues about an agent with customer support, the company will remain neutral. Both the player and the agent are required to provide any information requested.

8. Company Discretion:

The company reserves the right to interpret any agent actions it deems suspicious, provocative, fraudulent, or in violation of these rules as necessary to protect player funds and its reputation.
